About the Role: Junior Digital Marketer


Company Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, and drive traffic both online & offline.

2. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

3. Create compelling content for social media channels, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital channels.

4. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital presence.


Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing in a fashion space.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and best practices.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.

- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to fast-paced environments.

- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and storytelling.

- A proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and leveraging emerging technologies.

- Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.


Working Schedule:

- Working days: Monday to Saturday

- Working hours: 11 am to 8 pm

- Location - Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata
