Inviting applications for the role of AVP- Automation Architect
In this role, you will be responsible for the full Microsoft Power Platform technology stack to support development lifecycle processes that translates business requirements into functioning software applications, services, and solutions. Translate solutions in pre-sales cycles to support Genpact Sales Teams. As a key member of our Enterprise Automation practice, and Hyper-Automation delivery team, you will design, code in power platform, test and implement new Proof of Concepts within Genpact internal sandboxes, Genpact internal operations, and client environments. The ideal candidate is a diligent, hardworking individual who is able to learn new systems and processes rapidly, can work with little supervision, and is capable of delivering outstanding work at all times. The role is recommended to be a seasoned software professional with development experience and a proven track record of delivering software projects in a dynamic and agile environment.
Responsibilities
Full understanding of all the Microsoft Power Platform technology modules (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power virtual agents and Power pages) and up to date on latest releases. Proof of Concept designing, developing in Power Platform, testing, documenting, and deploying high quality business solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform based on industry best practices. Has experience with solution integrations across Power platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power virtual agents and Power pages). Creating custom libraries, validation rules, workflows, and process automation for reusability deployments. Participating in project meetings with other technical staff and business owners and subject matter experts. Auditing, documenting, and assisting in the correction of any issues identified. Implementing improvements and new functionality in process hyper-automation process. Hands on experience and ability to define and manage frameworks for development across the Microsoft Platform suite, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Virtual agents, etc. Providing technical support/assistance and coaching to other developers and users (if applicable). Designing solutions for integrating third party app products (if applicable) e.g., SAP, Workday, Service Now, etc.
·Providing DevOps hyper-care frameworks for reuse.
·Lead solution demos and tech info sessions in pre-sales cycles
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other relevant technical degree; or equivalent work experience. Proven experience developing, supporting, and implementing automation software utilizing the UiPath enterprise automation platform.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Microsoft MSPA Developer Professional & Architect Certified. Proven experience in RPA technical design and/or development. Several years of general experience. RPA (Robotic Process Automation) experience. Familiar with either on-prem and cloud environments deployments. Experience with business analysis, including process mapping and design. Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute to a team environment while developing client relationships. An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus.
