Job Title: Service Business ManagerLocation: Coimbatore
Responsibilities
will include but not be limited:Manage the services business to be sustainable and profitable growth.Identify opportunity to increase serviceable market (Upgrades, Proprietary offerings, Contracts, refurbishment) and drive for implementation and adoption.Solidify service portfolio and proliferate market adoptionAdjust offerings to customer needs and generate high customer adoption of existing offeringsLead Design for After Market Services for New product Introductions.Respond to customers’ requests and work with the Operations and logistics to fulfill immediate service and parts requirements.Generate required collateral material and sales training.Work directly with customers, internal stakeholders, and analysts to better understand customer needs and requirements.
Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Certification of Business/Marketing is a plus5+ years of service marketing experience managing commercially service offerings and/or product marketing with capital equipmentExpertise in all product marketing functions, including messaging and positioning, pricing, competitive analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis, product launch management, product strategy, marketing strategies, and sales tool developmentAbility to lead and communicate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, OEM partners.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and independently.
Travel Requirements:Travel: 20% of the Time.Applicants must be currently authorized to travel to the United States and Asia.Applicants must be able to accommodate their work schedule to US time zones 2-3 days/week.
