- Develop and execute our marketplace strategy, driving revenue growth and market share expansion for clients on online marketplaces.- Own and execute performance marketing, understanding the execution for Meta campaigns.- Develop and maintain relationships with key marketplace partners, including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and others, to leverage opportunities and stay updated on platform developments.- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their marketplace goals and develop tailored strategies to optimize their presence, product listings, and overall performance on marketplaces.- Report, recommend and iterate on campaigns to drive increased ROI- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and sales on marketplaces.- Analyze marketplace data, metrics, and insights to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and improvement for clients' marketplace performance.- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketplace operations, providing regular performance updates to clients and senior management.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including advertising, content, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and coordination of marketplace strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.- Proven track record of at 3 least years of experience in marketplace role, preferably within a digital marketing agency or e-commerce environment.- Deep understanding of online marketplaces including platform dynamics, algorithms, advertising options, and best practices.- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve client objectives on marketplaces.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision- making and optimization.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate.- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships, understand client needs, and deliver exceptional results.- Up-to-date knowledge of Facebook ads, performance and affiliate marketing.
