Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and troubleshoot servers, databases, and network devices. Perform regular system updates and upgrades to maintain security and functionality.

- Security and Compliance:
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect company data and systems from cybersecurity threats. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Technical Support:
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on IT-related issues. Resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner and escalate complex issues as needed.

- Data Management and Backup:
- Manage data storage, backup, and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability. Implement disaster recovery plans and procedures.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Full stack developer
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree (MCA) preferred.
- Strong technical proficiency in server administration, network protocols, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of data security and data privacy.
