Designation: Manager – Store & Dispatch

Location: Supa Unit, Ahilyanagar (Ahmednagar)

Educational Qualification: B.Com.

Experience: 8–10 years in manufacturing industries

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Store & Dispatch to lead our store operations, manage inventory, ensure timely dispatches, and maintain accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will be disciplined, proactive, assertive, and process-driven with strong accounting fundamentals and excellent coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Inventory Management – maintain accurate ERP & manual records, conduct monthly stock audits, and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Manage Material Handling & Storage – proper unloading, stacking, labeling, and safe storage conditions.
• Process vendor bills with complete documentation and ensure compliance with standard procedures.
• Plan and execute timely dispatches, ensuring packaging quality and delivery schedules are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, transporters, and internal teams.
• Lead and train store & dispatch staff, ensuring discipline, safety, and efficiency.
• Submit regular reports on inventory status, dispatch performance, and cost optimization.

• Clear understanding of accounting concepts and bookkeeping.
