Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter - USA Location: Gachibowli, HyderabadJob Type: Full-TimeExperience: 2-6 YearsJob Summary:We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in marketing IT consultants, an excellent understanding of the US recruitment ecosystem, and the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.Key Responsibilities:Consultant MarketingMarket bench candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) to prime vendors, direct clients, and staffing partners.Present consultants for suitable job openings and submit high-quality profiles.Manage the full sales cycle , from job requirement sourcing to interview and placement.Vendor & Client CoordinationBuild strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients .Coordinate rate negotiations, interview schedules, onboarding, and follow-ups.Maintain an updated vendor database to maximise marketing reach.Requirement ManagementProactively gather daily job requirements from job portals, vendors, and internal teams.Match consultant skills with open roles and ensure timely submissions.Prepare and edit resumes to best highlight consultant strengths.Consultant EngagementMaintain daily communication with bench consultants regarding marketing status.Guide consultants on interview preparation and support them through onboarding.Ensure transparency, compliance, and smooth documentation processes.Reporting & DocumentationTrack submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.Maintain detailed activity logs and weekly performance reports.Required Skills & Qualifications:2–6 years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales .Solid understanding of US work visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, GC, USC).Strong network of vendors, clients, and implementation partners .Hands-on experience with job portals: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed .Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work night shift (US timings) .Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a target-driven environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a staffing or consulting environment .Proven track record of placing multiple consultants monthly.Knowledge of W2, 1099, C2C tax terms.
