Job Title: Oracle RMB Application Development – LeadExperience: 7 – 10 yearsJob Locations: Noida / Gurgaon / Mumbai / PuneAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Oracle RMB Application Development Lead to design, develop, and support Oracle-based financial and billing systems.The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Oracle technologies, leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.Key Responsibilities- Work closely with business analysts and developers to understand business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.- Lead the design and development of application modules to meet business needs.- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, migration instructions, and test scripts.- Develop and maintain Oracle Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL code according to best practices.- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing with documented results.- Support application deployment and provide production support when needed.- Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery.- Provide technical mentorship to team members and ensure adherence to coding standards.- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.- Stay current with Oracle technology trends and best practices.Required Skills and Experience- 8+ years of overall development experience, including 2+ years in a lead role.- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Forms & Reports, Oracle Application Framework, and Oracle RMB (Revenue Management and Billing).- Solid technical background in SQL and PL/SQL.- Good understanding of Oracle application development lifecycle and financial modules.- Preferred exposure to Java / J2EE technologies.- Experience working with distributed/global teams.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Strong stakeholder management and documentation abilities.- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts or off-hours deployments as required.What We’re Looking For- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.- A proactive, collaborative, and quality-focused mindset.- Commitment to delivering high-performance and reliable business applications.
