Performics India, a Publicis Groupe company, is one of the oldest and largest Digital Marketing firms in India. We specialize in data-driven marketing, covering a spectrum of solutions across paid marketing, performance content (SEO), media planning, programmatic, and data science & analytics; supported by our in-house capabilities on technology and creative.

We are currently driving digital solutions for some of the largest Indian and International brands. Our client roster includes some of the biggest brands across verticals ranging from BFSI, FMCG, Media & Entertainment, etc. The employee strength across 3 locations in India is around 700+ digital marketers.

We are catering to end-to-end digital marketing solutions for premium brands in the country.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design original pieces and generate ideas to portray concepts for:- Media banner ads- Social media creatives- Web banners- Vector icons- Complex infographics- GIFs, video frames- Brochures, flyers & print collaterals- Assists in creating pitch decks

- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts thorough understanding of:- Theory of Visual Design- Design principles- Typography- Shadows & Highlights- Composition & Scale- Color Theory

- Ownership & Accountability:- Ideates and executes less defined, mid-complexity projects within an account.- Oversee assigned design projects, from conception to delivery- Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.- Able to back up design ideas verbally through storytelling or basic sketching/storyboarding.- Able to execute design projects independently- Does project research independently.- The ability to produce and communicate fresh ideas and visual concepts.- Appreciates great design- Understands the task at hand and follows the direction of the manager.

Required:

- An eye for detail- Able to troubleshoot issues in execution- Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality- Communication- Interacts with the client POC. Able to communicate with the client verbally and through emails- Feedback- Able to effectively give feedback to juniors and receive and implement feedback from managers, clients, and peers- Actively listening and understanding the tasks at hand- Team handling- Individual contributor but aware of basic workflows- Mentor junior designers- Collaboration- Limited to managers and seniors only
