Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in IBP implementation projects, primarily focusing on the Response & Supply module.

- Possess in-depth knowledge of other IBP modules including Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Forecasting & Demand Management, and Inventory Planning & Optimization.

- Leverage your experience as a senior APO PP/DS designer to configure and implement the IBP system for ETO/CTO scenarios.

- Demonstrate hands-on experience in full APO/SCM design and implementation projects.

- Configure the entire production planning flow within IBP, encompassing Materials - Management and/or Quality Management functionalities specific to ETO environments.

- Possess a strong understanding of MRP, Variant Configuration, Engineering Change Management, and Product Modelling in an ETO context.

- Ensure seamless integration of APO and PP with other relevant SAP modules.

- Document proof-of-concept system setups in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

- Document issues encountered during implementation and the solutions implemented.

- Provide ongoing support to the business throughout each phase of the project, acting as a backup to SMEs.

- Effectively capture requirements from various business stakeholders.

- Thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and agile work environment.

- Demonstrate implementation experience and a thorough understanding of Configure-to-Order (CTO) and/or Engineer-to-Order (ETO) processes, along with SAP ECC solutions.

Must-Have Skillset (Prioritized) :

IBP Implementation Expertise :


- Proven experience leading or participating in at least 2-3 IBP platform implementations within manufacturing environments, utilizing any of the mentioned modules/functions.

ETO/CTO Mastery :


- Possess in-depth knowledge and experience with the complete CTO and/or ETO process flows.

SAP Integration Specialist :


- Demonstrate a strong track record of integrating SAP IBP with other relevant modules within the SAP ecosystem.

Effective Communicator :


- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, users, and business partners worldwide.

SAP Roadmap Awareness :


- While not mandatory, familiarity with the SAP roadmap for IBP platforms is a plus.

Additional Skills :

- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.

- Experience with data cleansing and data migration techniques is beneficial.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP S&OP and/or APO/SCM implementations.

- Proven experience in ETO/CTO business environments.

- Certification in SAP IBP is highly desirable.
