Job Title: Digital AI Product Manager Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-time Primary Responsibilities: · Independently manage an AI product, defining clear strategies that align with customer needs and E-Solution’s business goals leveraging AI/LLM to solve core customer problems · Identify opportunities to increase revenue, lower operational costs, and improve customer retention by analyzing product performance and customer feedback · Take complete ownership of the AI product lifecycle, from initial concept and data gathering to model training, launch, and continuous improvement · Lead and coordinate with model development team, ensure timely delivery of committed features. · Work closely with data engineer, AI engineer, data scientist, frontend, backend, and design teams to define product requirements, iterate, and optimize the user experience for AI-driven features · Utilize data analytics to track AI product performance, define and monitor KPI’s (including model accuracy, user trust, and task success rates), and make informed decisions · Actively contributes to E-Solutions strategic direction by identifying and advocating for high-impact opportunities related to our next-generation agentic AI platform · Stay updated with emerging market trends, customer needs, and AI advancements, translating insights into actionable product opportunities · Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch innovative AI-driven capabilities · Work collaboratively across internal teams like Engineering, Sales, and Product Marketing; to ensure alignment on product priorities, effective go-to-market execution, and customer adoption · Clearly communicate product vision and benefits to stakeholders, enabling effective product launches and adoption strategies · Translate product strategies and customer insights into clear, actionable PRDs · Coordinate closely with design, engineering, QA, and program management teams to deliver high-quality features efficiently and reliably Experience: · 6+ years of experience, including at least 3 years managing AI and Saa S products · A master’s or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field · Track record of successfully growing revenue-generating products in a B2 B environment · Deep curiosity and awareness of emerging AI technologies and trends, along with an ability to conceptualize how they can drive practical business value. · Analytical mindset, skilled at using metrics to drive product decisions and continuously improve user experience. · Strong communication skills, comfortable translating complex ideas into clear business value for diverse stakeholders. · Proven ability to prioritize and execute effectively in dynamic environments.
