Job Description: Salesforce Architect

Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Design:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and architect solutions on the Salesforce platform, considering best practices, industry standards, and the organization's needs.
  1. Technical Leadership:
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them through the implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Review code and configuration to ensure adherence to best practices and design principles.
  1. Salesforce Platform Expertise:
  • Stay current with the latest Salesforce features and updates, and leverage them to enhance existing solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture and design patterns.
  1. Integration:
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  1. Governance and Compliance:
  • Enforce and promote Salesforce development best practices and governance standards.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations.
  1. Documentation:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions, including architecture diagrams, data models, and technical specifications.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and administrators, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and address any concerns.






Qualifications:

  1. Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  1. Salesforce Certifications:
  • Salesforce Certified System Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification is typically required.
  1. Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a track record of successfully designing and implementing complex solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  1. Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other relevant Salesforce technologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols.
  1. Communication:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  1. Problem Solving:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  1. Team Collaboration:
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
