SUMMARY
As a Project Manager II, you will spearhead multiple projects, delivering crucial IT infrastructure services to our internal clients. You'll play a pivotal role in the project lifecycle, from initiation through close, aligning technological solutions with business imperatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with senior leadership, proactively identify opportunities, conduct analyses, and meticulously manage delivery schedules.
We're seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organization skills. You must excel in reporting project status and results to leadership, possess strong planning and time-management abilities, and thrive in balancing multiple assignments and deadlines.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage in multiple IT initiatives simultaneously, overseeing their seamless execution. Collaborate with various CIO teams, spanning Cloud Operations, infrastructure, infosec, application teams, and subject matter experts, to establish the technical vision for the programs. Facilitate recurring status meetings with stakeholders, addressing inquiries and promptly resolving issues. Track project changes and ensure schedule updates are agreed upon with relevant departments, stakeholders, and the PMO. Proactively anticipate and address potential issues before they escalate. Gather and update project materials, including budgeting, forecasting, project documentation, business flows, and lessons learned documents. Communicate project details effectively to both business and technical teams throughout all project phases. Provide comprehensive risk management and adeptly resolve issues as they arise. Maintain open communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, preparing detailed reports for management review.REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. 5+ years of IT experience. 3+ years of demonstrated success in IT project management, bridging the gap between business and technical teams. Proficiency in defined project management methodology. Strong analytical prowess and project management acumen. In-depth knowledge of product releases and sprint schedules. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Track record of successfully overseeing concurrent projects. Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, SharePoint, and TEAMS. Preferred project management certifications: PMP, CSM, ITIL.This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive transformative IT initiatives within our organization.
