We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud and Data Engineering Manager to support our Enterprise Data Environment and provide strategic and technical direction to help deliver solutions using cloud-based : Manager - Azure Cloud and Data Engineering Manager


Experience : 10-14 Years

Location : Gurugram (Hybrid)

Shift Timing : 2PM-11PM

Key Responsibilities :

- Proficient in Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, and Azure CI/CD.

- Skilled in data modelling, data services, reporting, and analytics.

- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.

- Manage production support activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues and optimal system performance.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy in collaboration with IT managers and business stakeholders.

- Provide architectural leadership in strategic projects, focusing on data architecture.

- Build credibility and rapport with business stakeholders, data stewards, and team members.

- Facilitate coordination between onshore and offshore teams.

- Conduct technical investigations and proof of concepts, making recommendations.

- Ensure data quality throughout ETL and data pipelines, improving data management processes, storage, security.

- Deliver detailed data design documentation and data models for project development teams.

- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven client-facing track record.

Required Experience :

- Minimum of 2+ years managing a data engineering team.

- Extensive experience in data management.

- Proven experience in production support activities.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure -Synapse, Azure Data Lake, and Azure CI/CD.

- Expertise in database/tables/SPs/view creation, modification and optimization.

- Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication skills.
