If you are ready to lead the strategic development and implementation of HEOR strategies and plans, drive evidence generation, and contribute to the market access preparedness of our brands, then read on and apply today for a life-changing career.The positionAs a Global HEOR Leadat Novo Nordisk, you will:Lead the strategic development and implementation of Health Economics and Outcomes Research strategies and plans for relevant brands to contribute to their market access preparedness.Drive evidence generation, including HE model(s) development, economic evaluation, cost and health-related quality-of-life studies, and indirect treatment comparisons.Substantiate a strong support of the Payer Value Story with credible Health Economics and Outcomes Research evidence.Build the content of the Global Reimbursement Dossier for affiliates. Assess and address affiliate support/challenges for reimbursement and Health Technology Appraisal (HTA) submissions.Contribute to Health Economics and Outcomes Research publication strategy and execution. Provide internal and/or external training and presentations on Health Economics and Outcomes Research.QualificationsTo be our Global HEOR Lead, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:University master’s degree in an appropriate field such as health economics or outcomes research, epidemiology, or statistics/biostatistics.Documented training in health economics or outcomes research.10+ years of experience in health economics and health outcomes research, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry or consultancy.Proven strong scientific publication track record (in peer-reviewed manuscripts).About the departmentThe Commercial – GBS unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial – GBS. This includes Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations.
