We are a fast growing organization working with Citi businesses and functions across the world.What do we offer:Digital Monitoring team supports CMTA (Control Monitoring Testing Automation) to prepare North America consumer business for audit, by Identifying cases on control gaps, policy breaches and providing data evidence for audit completion.The critical areas we support:•Production Support: Time delivery for all AIM-managed production runs as defined as per SLA.•Internal Audit: Banking products’ & Services are in compliant with Controls & policies, any violations need to be identified and reported to Business•Sales Practice: Any performance management and incentive programs for potential Unfair & Deceptive practices by RMs, need to be identified and reported to Business•AML: Any instances of AML incidents or Transaction need to be identified and reported to BusinessExpertise Required:Analytical Skills•Data analysis & Data Quality•Proficient in formulating analytical methodology, identifying inconsistencies, anomalies & patterns with data•Generate actionable Business Insights•Coming up with automated Techniques to remove false positivesTools and Platforms•Proficient/Intermediate in Python, Pyspark•Proficient in SAS, SQL•Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and VBAPreferred – LSF/Autosys scheduling or windows schedulingPreferred – UNIX Shell Scripting, JIL (Job Information Language)Preferred – Proficiency in Mainframe SAS experiencePreferred – Experience one of the below technology area•Big Data/Hadoop, HIVE and exposure to Python.•SAS on Mainframe, exposure to JCL, IBM UtilitiesDomain SkillsGood understanding of•Banking domain (Cards, Deposit, Loans, Wealth management, & Insurance etc.)(Preferred) - Knowledge of Finance Regulations, Understanding of Audit ProcessSoft Skills•Ability to identify, clearly articulate and solve complex business problems and present them to the senior management or partners in a structured and simpler form•Should have excellent communication and inter-personal skills•Good process/project management skills•Mentoring junior members in the team•Ability to work well across multiple functional areas•Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment•Contribute to organizational initiatives in wide ranging areas including competency development, training, organizational building activities etc.•Proactive approach in solving problems and eye for detailsEducational and Experience:•MBA / Master Degree in Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Information Technology / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute.
