Job Summary:
The IT Specialist will provide hands-on technical support for end-users, focusing on Windows-based systems, PC setup for new hires, and troubleshooting day-to-day IT issues in the office. This role ensures smooth onboarding, system functionality, and responsive support for internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure Windows PCs, monitors, and peripherals for new employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across the office.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and manage device lifecycle.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, printers, and basic networking.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement updates and maintain system security.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
