RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creates various documents and manuals- Parts, Operators, Repair , Service bulletin and Kit Assembly instructions in accordance with the company's global standard.
  • Completes editing of full documents, including those written by other employees, with a full understanding of all styles and standards.
  • Publishes documents into various locations.
  • Keeps the data in an orderly and protected manner.
  • Identifies, manages, incorporates, and publishes content provided by translators and other outside services
  • Manages full documents, including content provided by other writers.
  • Assists in management of large-scale projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education/Work experience

  • 5-6 years of experience in a similar role
  • Significant experience in both communication and technical field
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobiles/Mechatronics engineering or equivalent

Specific knowledge

  • Basic knowledge of hydraulics , electrical and mechanics
  • Experienced in structure authoring, DITA standard content, and/or CMS.
  • Experienced in understanding and drawing of hydraulic & electrical schematics.
  • Experienced in Adobe Creative Cloud software suite & Google Suite software.
  • Experienced in understanding of CAD/PLM systems.
  • Effective listening, oral, and written communication skills, including confident communication with superiors and peers.
  • Organized planning for managing daily tasks and long term projects, with effective time management.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize the assigned tasks.
