Job Description:

Position Name : Black Box Testing Developer

Experience Required : 3-5 years

Location : Bangalore

Skills : Black box testing, Selenium ,API tester, Manual and Automation tester


Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute black box test cases to ensure software functionality meets specifications.
  • Collaborate with developers and project managers to understand requirements and design test plans accordingly.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
  • Conduct regression testing to ensure issues are resolved and new features do not adversely affect existing functionality.
  • Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential areas of weakness or improvement.
  • Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability and potential risks.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to software testing.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in black box testing methodologies and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with bug tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.
