The Junior HR professional will support key HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administration of HR policies. Responsibilities include assisting with onboarding processes, managing employee records, handling personnel matters, and facilitating communication between departments. This role also involves addressing employee inquiries regarding benefits and policies and supporting compliance with company and regulatory HR standards.Qualifications- A strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) practices, including HR Management and HR Policies.- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management practices.- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.- Relevant experience or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.- Familiarity with labor laws, compliance standards, and HR software tools is beneficial.
