Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and optimize Sprinklr modules (Social Listening, Care,) to support Client’s digital customer experience strategyDevelop workflows, automation, rules, and dashboards to improve service quality and customer engagement across channelsIntegrate Sprinklr with enterprise platforms (CRM, loyalty, analytics, and data warehouse systems) via APIs and connectorsCollaborate with Digital, Marketing, Customer Experience, and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable Sprinklr solutionsEnsure Sprinklr configurations align with governance, compliance, and data privacy standardsMonitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and engage with Sprinklr support to resolve incidentsProvide training, documentation, and best practices to business users for effective platform adoptionPrevious experience in configuring workflows on Live Chat and Whats AppRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a related field2–5 years of hands-on experience configuring and developing in SprinklrHands-on experience with Sprinklr AI+, dynamic workflows, Smart FAQs, setting up zeroshot model is mandatoryProficiency in APIs, REST/JSON integrations, and data handlingExperience in building dashboards, reporting, and automation rules within SprinklrStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsSprinklr certifications (e.g., Platform Administrator, Modern Care, or Marketing Specialist)Experience integrating Sprinklr with CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics), loyalty systems, or analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)Familiarity with SQL and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau)
