CNC Machine Operator

Job Description – CNC Operator (Manufacturing Industry)

We are looking for a detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision components as per engineering drawings and specifications. This role requires accuracy, technical knowledge, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe ,VMC, HMC,VTL) according to work orders and blueprints.
• Load raw materials and ensure correct tooling is in place.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are produced within tolerance levels.
• Conduct basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Inspect finished products using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace guidelines.
• Work closely with engineers and supervisors to optimize machine performance and output.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ DAE Automobile / EEE / Certificate in Mechanical, Production, or related field.
• 3 - 6 years of experience in CNC operating.
• Good knowledge in CNC operating.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work in shifts and fast-paced manufacturing environments.
