By providing hands on support to the Human Resources management team, the HR Intern will learn by assisting in hiring, onboarding, training, and day to day operations with both domestic and international seasonal team members. Hyrefox encompasses an array of industry focuses including office administration, retail, food service, hospitality, lodging and more.Essential Duties:Learn HR management software by assisting with onboarding informationScreen resumes and schedule interviewsAddress team member queriesParticipate in organizing company team member eventsLearn scheduling softwareAssist in oversight of Team Member HousingPlan and coordinate outings for International StudentsBecome proficient with all office practices and proceduresOther duties as required for the efficient operation of the businessQualifications:College/University level focus in business administration, human resources or similarExhibit a friendly, cooperative, professional demeanorAbility to interact and communicate with a diverse group of peopleThrive in a fast paced environmentStrong attention to detail and follow throughComfortable with Microsoft Office & Google OfficeAbility to interpret company policies and procedures and provide direction to guests and team membersAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information in an appropriate manner
