Job Description

Ensure profitability of the assigned properties, timely preparation, adherence and posting of Budgets. Ensure client’s expectations by maintaining property in ship shape, investigating and resolving tenant complaints; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning refurbishments. Enforce occupancy procedures, policies, and confronting violators when necessary. Secure property by effective deployment of security personnel; installing and maintaining security devices; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responding to emergencies. Adherence to critical processes as defined in the SLA / SOP and ensure 100% uptime of all critical equipment's at sites. Timely collection of dues. Timely issue of order to the vendors for works. Timely generation of MIS for the assigned sites. Compliance with Preventive Maintenance Schedule as per OEM recommendation. Statutory compliance for all government norms. Adherence to Quality Policy and ensure compliance in internal & external audits. Ensure availability of workforce, continuously enhance their skill to increase productivity and build internal capability. Other responsibilities assigned by your reporting manager.
