ROLE PURPOSE :

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O), Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM), HRMS and data stewardship to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, translate them into actionable IT initiatives, and support the successful implementation and adoption of technology solutions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Dynamics 365 expertise :

- Configure and customize D365 F&O and CRM modules to meet specific business needs.

- Create and maintain business process flows and user documentation.

- Support end-users with day-to-day system usage and troubleshooting.

- Participate in ongoing system administration and maintenance tasks.

Data Stewardship :

- Define and implement data governance policies and procedures.

- Identify and address data quality issues.

- Develop and maintain data lineage maps.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.

Business Partnering :

- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders across different departments.

- Gather and analyze business requirements to identify technology needs.

- Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers and system administrators.

-Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for assigned IT initiatives.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Stay up to date on the latest D365 and CRM developments and best practices.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & EXPERIENCE :

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O or CRM).

- Experience with data governance and data stewardship principles.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

- Knowledge of Medical devices Business or similar industry.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Business Process and IT Process documentation experience.

- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
