Summary

Responsible for Acquiring and Managing IndusInd Bank Sub BC Agents (merchants) to fulfil the value proposition of IndusInd Bank as rural Banking service point.

Acquiring Liabilities business with CASA and TD to maximize portfolio as per territory potential

Lending and Managing portfolio of innovative unsecured retail loans in assigned territory.

Managing a large network of Best-in-class rural Banking Service points as per compliance. Enhancing revenue streams for Merchant as well as Bank through all products and services and deliver best in class merchant and customer experience.

Leading the team, with continuous improvement in engagement, performance, productivity, and compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Zonal Head will be responsible for Managing field and RO staff in assigned territory
• Responsible to achieve targets on merchant acquisitions, productivity, asset, liability and profitability by successfully managing the team and the merchant ecosystem
• Responsible for tracking and improving Productivity at all levels.
• Complete ownership of recruitment, training, KPIs setting, and performance monitoring of reporting team and managing them efficiently. Responsible for over all P&L for assigned territory.
• Responsible for Ensuring adherence to policies and processes, correct procedural flaws and appropriately address any possibility of fraud.
• Responsible for managing internal and external Audit compliance. Ensuring portfolio quality with a robust collection mechanism and delinquency management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate with minimum 10 Years of experience in BFSI/ MBA Preferred
• Experience in acquiring and managing large Merchant Network .
• Experience in managing unsecured/secured individual /Business loan in Bank or NBFC will be preferred.
