We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Trainer or Coach to conduct a focused, one-day workshop for our technical team in Pune. The session will aim to enhance practical understanding of SailPoint IdentityIQ, covering core concepts, hands-on demonstrations, and best practices in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a structured, interactive workshop on SailPoint IdentityIQ
Cover key topics such as identity governance, access certifications, role-based access control, and integration techniques
Provide hands-on demonstrations and real-world use cases
Address participant queries and facilitate knowledge sharing
Share post-workshop materials or references for continued learning

Requirements

Proven experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and training
Strong grasp of IAM concepts and enterprise security frameworks
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Prior experience conducting workshops or corporate training sessions
Ability to tailor content based on audience skill level

Preferred Qualifications

SailPoint certification
Experience with large-scale IAM deployments
Familiarity with related tools (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, SSO)
