Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Neuro Surgery Specialist to join our team at Spandana Hospital's Bangalore headquarters. This full-time, mid-level position is perfect for a dedicated individual with 4 to 6 years of experience in neurosurgery. The ideal candidate will be adept in both mandatory and required skills, contributing significantly to our mission of providing superior patient care. Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in neurosurgery, with a proven track record of excellence in patient care. Proficient in microsurgical techniques (Mandatory skill) to ensure precision and efficiency in surgical procedures. Advanced neuroimaging interpretation (Mandatory skill) skills necessary for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Expertise in stereotactic navigation systems (Mandatory skill) to guide surgical instruments safely and accurately. Competence in endovascular procedures with a keen ability to manage cerebrovascular anomalies and conditions. Familiarity with functional neurosurgery for treating movement disorders, epilepsy, and other neurological conditions. Experience in intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring to enhance patient outcomes post-surgery. Understanding of robotic-assisted surgery to improve surgical precision and outcomes in complex procedures. Skill in performing complex spine surgery, addressing a range of spinal disorders and injuries with care and precision. Roles and Responsibilities Perform surgical procedures on the brain, spine, and peripheral nerves with a focus on patient safety and recovery. Utilize advanced imaging and navigation technologies to enhance precision in surgical interventions. Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient evaluations to ensure comprehensive patient care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans for patients. Stay updated with the latest advancements in neurosurgery and implement them to improve patient outcomes. Mentor junior medical staff, offering guidance and sharing expertise to build a strong team dynamic. Participate in hospital meetings, research activities, and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards, maintaining the highest level of patient care management.
