  • Take feedback to the patient and their relative.
  • Directing patients for Investigation.
  • Assisting the doctors in patient examination and other general duties.
  • Guiding the patients to the medical officer in correct time for examination.
  • Helping the doctors and patients during the preliminary and last Medical examinations.
  • Communicating the patients about the disease and the purpose of the treatment.
  • Explaining the patients about the disease after doctor examination and directing them to the specific treatment they require.
  • Arranging the sterilized instruments and equipment in units.
  • Placing all the instruments and equipment needed for the patient examination at the doctor's table.
  • Attending camps according to the work schedule.
  • Attending training sessions in up gradation of their knowledge of latest medical developments.
  • Resolving problems arising in the department.
  • Coordination with other departments for the good flow of works.

Coordinating with Medical Records department for OP statistics, follow up and other medical records related queries.
