Project Description:The aim of the project is to build a robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure to support high-performance computing tasks, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and reliability. This role is in managed services team to help to shape our client cloud infrastructure, apply best practices, adhere to various regional regulatory requirements as needed and support the continual operations.
Responsibilities:Take part in the Software Delivery Lifecycle of the projectSupport DLC of the project, support and initiate automation and improvements to the existing infrastructureDesign and implement continuous delivery pipelines (CI/CD)Identify, support and drive automation to building builds, deployments, maintenance of environmentsTakes lead to resolve issues with system and/or application, within the team but also with the vendorSupport releases, systems and servers upgradesProvide systems support including responding to monitoring alerts.Implement and stay abreast of Cloud and DevOps industry best practices and tooling.
Mandatory Skills Description:AZ400 Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps SolutionsMinimum 3 year in DevOps or Automation Engineer role in IT software development projects, preferably in a large and global financial or IT organizationExperience integrating in-house and 3rd party vendor products into an enterprise environment (software packaging, scripting and integrations, cloud adoption)Team player and strong verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English is a mustFluent in at-least one of the scripting languages - Powershell, bash, pythonFluent using standard DevOps tech stack - Puppet, GitLab CIStrong understanding of Code packaging, Agile, SDLC, Cloud Hosting - Jira, GitFlow, AzureHands-on experience with Windows and Linux system administration and best practicesHands-on experience with MSSQL and VisualCronHands-on experience with at least one ETL/Data tool - PowerBI and SSRS, SQL Server, SSIS, Informatica and/or Azure Data FactoryExperience with IaC tools like Terraform and Azure resource managerMust have : staggered working hours to support Europe time zone.
