Role Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Technical Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. As a technical lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js). You will be leading a talented team of developers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence in every project.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and deployment of scalable and efficient web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Collaborate with project managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Mentor and guide the development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ensure code quality, reliability, and scalability through best practices, peer reviews, and automated testing.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation within the team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.
  • Manage the deployment process, including configuration, testing, and release management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a MERN stack developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
  • Experience in leading development teams and managing technical projects.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
  • Deep understanding of React.js and its core principles, including familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript.
  • Experience with Node.js and frameworks available for it (such as Express, StrongLoop, etc.).
  • Knowledge of MongoDB, including database design and management.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, HTML/CSS, and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to mentor and lead by example.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
