Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) for our Car Rental division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales, vendor management, and booking allocation. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and enhancing our vendor relationships to ensure seamless service delivery. Company Description: Chiku Mobility India Pvt. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the car rental sector. Manage and maintain relationships with existing vendors to ensure optimal service delivery. Oversee booking allocation processes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Create and onboard new vendors to expand our service offerings. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for enhancing service delivery. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services. Requirements: 2 to 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the car rental or related industry. Proven experience in vendor management and relationship building. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
