Survey programming refers to translating the survey requirements into a questionnaire such that meaningful insights can be derived out of it. For market research, data needs to be collected from many sources in a number of ways. Survey software gathers data easily and provides comprehensive reports and analytics which can be used to make better business decisions.Responsibilities- Manage & improvise end to end process from Questionnaire review to providing the Final survey data.- Direct client communication to understand the overall tasks & requirements, and make sure to provide or execute the same on schedule.- Make sure that team follows the standard and help them to train, understand & improve.- Checking if all the end results are produced as per the client's requirement & satisfaction level is managed.- Preparing quality, utilization, efficiency & other key performance reports for team/account & make sure resources are utilized efficiently.- Preparing Day Plan & Delivery schedule, make sure resources are aligned & execute projects accordingly.- Lead an example for Team to follow & develop subordinates as part of their career enhancements process.- Understand the business and client needs in specific and ensure all production is done complying with the process guidelines and client specific guidelines- Should be able to troubleshoot any issues related to programming independently. Perform in every stage of Test Process, during & post training- Knowledge of custom scripting using CSS/HTML/jQuery is desired- Using SPSS Dimensions IOM to program surveys, manage data and associated deliverables, develop custom & advance features including client special project requirements, develop & manage processes, training programs, weekly/bi-weekly review calls, Team development, utilization, and motivation.QualificationsBasic Qualification/ Education/ Vocational TrainingBE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BSC(IT)/BSC (Stats)/BSC(IT)Total Experience5 to 10 YearsSkills and Abilities:Behavioral- Excellent & influential communication skills- Ability to mentor individuals on technical & project management aspects.- Ability to lead Team on fundamental, technical & project management & client relevant aspects.- Manage floor operations & day to day deliveries.- Ability to develop a team, handle existing/new client queries, escalations & Production Floor.Functional- Strong analytical and logical skills- Strong technical skills- Ability to design surveys using HTML, JavaScript, jQuery on Dimensions IOM- Able to manage Client Satisfaction levels/Issues/Escalations Quality & Timeliness scores.- Able to work with & manage co Team's expectations & seamless coordination among peers.- Work closely with management on organization/department objectives for sustainable & continued growth.- The role would entail designing interactive surveys using dimensions 6.0.1 or NIPO, which involves scripting the survey, customizing and validating the responses using JavaScript and HTML tags. Handle multiple projects independently and deliver error free output.- Ensuring all project deliverables are as per schedule and timelines provided by the client.- Must be proactive and take initiative to learn more about market research techniques, internal software and processes.Key Interactions:- Internal:- Interact with the respective team, reporting to his/her team lead and manager.- Receive instructions and seek clarification, if required.- External:- Could interact directly with clients.
