Responsibilities :
- Selling multiple products and ensuring time field collections.- Collecting Database of Schools, Fixing up appointments for presentations, Give Business and Academic Presentations, Discuss Financial, Negotiate Agreement Terms, Close Deal, Provide after Sales Support, Recruitment of support and resource staff, Assist Technical team in project Implementation, Assist logistics and commercial team in timely completion of project, Training of Resource staff.- Work for client retention and bring repetitive business.- Maintaining and developing strong relationships with customers through regular client meetings, responding to client’s requests and feedback in a timely manner.- Meeting and exceeding sales quotas while adhering to Organizations sales rules of engagement.- Continually learning new products and acquiring better selling skills.- Hold regular team meetings with Team Members, team leaders to ensure that there is constant flow of information and knowledge dissemination –query logs, issue resolution- Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.- Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.- Preparing written presentations, reports and price quotations, assisting in contract negotiations- Managing Regions Sales Pipeline- Initiate contact with / open cases and follow up aggressively to close- Timely production of regular and ad hoc sales reports, Ensure Consolidated Sales reports Group wise to your direct Reporting Head and other seniors in the area of function- Ensure all follow-ups are documented and the seniors are well informed with the development- Organizing seminars and trade shows, road shows to promote company’s solution- Assist new hires such that they are productive on the floor in the shortest possible time frame- Managing and mentoring a team of sales persons for achieving sales targets
