About the Role The Senior Technical Project Specialist/Coordinator is a key enabler within our Digital Innovation Centre a true spider in the web, connecting teams, vendors, and initiatives to make digital innovation a reality across Stolt-Nielsen. Youll be part of the global Architecture and Engineering organization and work closely with our product teams to deliver solutions efficiently, securely, and in alignment with enterprise standards. Youll coordinate project activities, facilitate collaboration, and ensure that digital products are designed, built, and delivered the right way. While not necessarily a deeply technical role, you are confident working in technical contexts such as Azure/Entra ID, Windows Server/Active Directory, endpoint management, automation, or software engineering and can translate between technical and business perspectives. You will also contribute to Enterprise Architecture (EA) discussions, helping shape the digital landscape of the company. Acting as a bridge between architecture, engineering, and business teams, youll help ensure new solutions are future-proof and strategically aligned. At Stolt-Nielsen, we take Digital seriously. What Youll Do: Coordinate multiple digital initiatives across teams, ensuring clear scope, accountability, and timelines. Support product teams in applying our project delivery methodology, agile principles, and quality standards. Facilitate project planning sessions, stand-ups, and cross-team meetings to align stakeholders and remove blockers. Help document and maintain solution design materials including architecture diagrams (e.g., C4 diagrams) and system documentation. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of project deliverables. Contribute to Enterprise Architecture activities by organizing sessions, maintaining documentation, and ensuring projects align with architectural principles. Monitor and report on project progress, dependencies, and risks, escalating where needed. Support the onboarding of new products and technologies into Stolts digital ecosystem, including governance and compliance processes. Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, tooling, and engineering practices across the organization. What Youll Bring: 5+ years of experience in IT project coordination, technical delivery, or related roles in complex enterprise environments. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and project management methodologies, including backlog management and sprint planning. Experience working closely with technical teams understanding solution design, architecture, and delivery lifecycle. Ability to translate between business needs and technical requirements, producing clear and structured documentation. A curious and proactive mindset comfortable diving into unfamiliar technical areas and learning on the fly. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across distributed and multicultural teams. A structured, hands-on approach to problem-solving and delivery. Must-Have Skills: Proven experience coordinating digital or IT projects using Agile/Scrum frameworks. Strong documentation skills including solution overviews, system diagrams (C4), and technical specifications. Working knowledge of one or more technical domains: Azure / Entra ID / M365 Windows Server / Active Directory Scripting / automation (PowerShell, Python, etc.) Software engineering concepts or DevOps environments Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture concepts, frameworks, and tooling. Experience managing vendors, contracts, and deliverables in technology projects. Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Confluence, Jira, or similar collaboration platforms. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a focus on clarity and collaboration. Nice to Have: Experience with cloud migration or PaaS implementations on Azure. Exposure to architecture frameworks (TOGAF) or solution design principles. Understanding of information security, data governance, or compliance requirements. Previous experience in a digital innovation, engineering, or R&D environment. Relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Prince2 Agile, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals / Administrator Associate).
