Job Title : Senior Software Developer (VB .Net Developer).

Location : Bangalore/Mumbai/Pune/Noida/Hyderabad (5 days work from the office).

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer with 7+ years of experience in web and client/server application development. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of expertise in .NET development, strong proficiency in C# (.NET Core 3.1/5.0+), and experience working with VB.NET. The candidate should be able to work independently and be comfortable with both Linux and Windows environments. Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including SCRUM and Agile, as well as hands-on experience in test-driven development and CI/CD pipelines using GIT, is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web and client/server applications using .NET technologies.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

3. Write clean, scalable code in C# and VB.NET, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

4. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration and delivery using GIT.

5. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

6. Work closely with project managers and other team members to deliver projects in an Agile/SCRUM environment.

7. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing software for enhanced functionality and performance.

8. Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices to ensure code reliability and quality.

9. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Required Qualifications :

1. 7+ years of experience in software development, focusing on web and client/server applications.

2. 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development.

3. Strong experience with C# (.NET Core 3.1/5.0+) and VB.NET.

4. Expertise in developing solutions using .NET frameworks.

5. Familiarity with SDLC development methodologies such as SCRUM and Agile.

6. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source control tools like GIT.

7. Strong understanding of test-driven development (TDD) and experience writing unit tests.

8. Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and deliver high-quality work on time.

Preferred Skills :

1. Experience in both Linux and Windows environments.

2. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture is a plus.

3. Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

Educational Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
