Job Description – Monitoring & Reporting EngineerWe are looking for a Monitoring & Reporting Engineer to oversee the health and performance of bank IT infrastructure and applications across multiple projects. The role involves basic monitoring, real-time analysis, and proactive issue reporting to ensure smooth operations without any financial impact. We are seeking a resource with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and eagerness to resolve issues promptly.Key Responsibilities:- Monitor servers, OCP clusters, and databases to ensure optimal health and performance.- Continuously track the application environment and transaction flows to identify anomalies.- Use monitoring tools to visualize, analyze, and report on system performance.- Immediately escalate unusual activities or system irregularities to the support team (Admin) for quick resolution.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely detection and resolution of issues.- Maintain documentation of monitoring processes, alerts, and incident reports.Required Skills:- Basic understanding of system, application, and transaction monitoring.- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Kibana, Grafana, and Matabase or similar platforms.- Basic knowledge of Linux systems for log analysis, troubleshooting, and file management.- Strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, and the ability to resolve issues promptly.- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with attention to detail.Qualification:- Graduate in any discipline.- Certifications in Agile, IT Monitoring, or Linux administration are a plus.Salary Range:The right candidates can expect their salary to be in the range of INR 30K to 35K per month
