We're building autonomous AI agents to be the hiring intelligence brain of any organisation in the world using cutting edge AI-LLM models. We have some solid design partners working with us in the US and India. Debbie (CPO, Stackoverflow) , Phil (Head TA @ Amplitude), JoAnne Estrada and many more leaders are on our advisory team to take us to the next level.

What will you do?

• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI models to automate human interviews exceptionally
• Solid experience on building AI Voice agents is a huge plus
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code to implement AI models and integrate them into the core platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI experts, frontend and backend engineers to understand feature requirements and deliver AI solutions to delight customers.
• Implement pre-trained models and train custom models using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Assist in model optimization, evaluation, and performance testing and fine-tuning in an iterative manner.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in Generative AI, machine learning technologies and tools and bring new ideas to the team that will add value to the platform.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality and functionality.
• Monitor and maintain deployed AI solutions, ensuring their ongoing performance and reliability
• Document technical specifications, code, and workflows.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a top tier Institution.
• Total 2-3 years of experience working on Python and in Data Science
• At least 2 years of experience working with Generative AI models and machine learning algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python programming languages and frameworks.
• Experience in using LLMs for natural language processing or generative AI tasks.
• Experience in developing and deploying chatbot or conversational AI systems.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI patterns such as RAG and prompt engineering techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
