Watch Reels and YouTube videos every day & level up on your fashion senseGather and understand requirements for new product featuresDefine system design and functionality to be implemented to deliver said featureBreak down large tasks into small chunks and execute them promptlyWrite maintainable and scalable code, and know when to trade code quality for faster deliveryCommunicate with both technical and non-technical teams to identify and solve roadblocks in advance.Suggest and implement 10x improvements in the current product which technology can enableSolve new business problems using technology every dayWhat are we looking for? If you are a content creator yourself or have worked closely in the social media space - we like you already :)Business-oriented problem-solving mindsetWilling to work in a fast-paced startup environment and follow Agile practices5 to 8 years of experience in building web applications using either React.js or Django, along with willingness to write code in Django or React.js respectively.Willingness to learn new stacks and technologies to solve new business problemsFamiliar with REST API design principlesProficient in using Linux-based systems (any of Ubuntu/CentOS/MacOS/etc) and bashProficient and experienced in using Git for collaborative developmentAware of common design patterns, good coding, and documentation practicesPast experience in AdTech/MarTech or eCommerce domain is a plusAbove everything, willing to learn continuously and keep improvingPerks and Benefits We are committed to providing the best environment for you to thrive in.
