What is the opportunity?
As a Software Test Engineer, you will be responsible for leading on-going continuous improvement as well as new product setup and launch.
What will you do?
Champion the transformation of the QA organization to leverage automation to support continuous delivery development processes.
Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with the organization's goals and industry best practices.
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and testing procedures to identify defects and ensure product or service quality.
Conducting functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing to identify and report defects, ensuring timely bug resolution.
Performing root cause analysis to identify and address the underlying causes of defects and quality issues.
Define team goals, objectives, and performance metrics to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and testing procedures to identify defects and ensure product or service quality.
Establish QA standards, processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure consistent and effective quality assurance practices.
Monitor and evaluate testing activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Computer Science Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Proven successes delivering automated testing frameworks that are used by both developers and QA engineers to support high quality product delivery in a continuous delivery environment.
Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies
Working knowledge of testing techniques and their compatibility with deployment methodologies and programming languages
Extensive experience reviewing requirements and deriving tests
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
