Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Counselor in the Edtech sector. The position is located in Noida. The Sales Counselor will be responsible for providing customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing communications with prospective and current clients. Daily tasks include analyzing sales metrics, developing strategies to attract new clients, and maintaining organized records of sales activities. The role also includes conducting consultations and presentations to potential customers, guiding them through the enrollment process, and meeting sales targets.

  • Previous experience in the Edtech sector is a plus
