As an RPA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to improve operational efficiency across various business processes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, build automation bots, and ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of RPA solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities :

SDLC and STLC Knowledge :

- Understand and apply Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) processes in the context of RPA projects.

- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment phases.

Automation Anywhere and A360 :

- Utilize introductory knowledge of Automation Anywhere, especially A360, to create, test, and deploy bots.

- Collaborate with teams to optimize and maintain RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.

Certification Requirement :

- Obtain certification in Automation Anywhere (mandatory, can be completed after onboarding).

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning :

- Apply good experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to enhance automation solutions.

- Integrate AI/ML models into RPA workflows to increase the intelligence and efficiency of bots.

Logic Building and Script Writing :

- Build logical and efficient scripts for BOT creation, ensuring accuracy and robustness in automated processes.

- Troubleshoot and optimize existing scripts to enhance performance.

Project Management Tools :

- Utilize project management tools like JIRA and GitLab to manage and track RPA project progress.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of automation projects.

Test Management Tools:

Use Octane or similar test management tools to plan, execute, and monitor testing activities related to RPA projects.

Ensure thorough testing and validation of bots before deployment to production.

Agile and Scrum Methodologies:

Apply knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage and execute RPA projects in iterative cycles.

Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement in RPA processes.

Mandatory Skills :

- Proficiency in AI and ML

- Strong logic-building capabilities

- Introductory knowledge of Automation Anywhere and A360

Desired Skills :

- Good knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies

- Familiarity with SDLC and STLC processes
