The candidate should have strong design skills combined with frontend development expertise, with a clear understanding of financial applications and user journeys in the NBFC domain.Key Responsibilities- Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile fintech platforms.- Convert wireframes and prototypes into responsive, interactive front-end applications.- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business teams to define seamless user flows.- Ensure UI/UX designs meet financial industry standards for security and usability.- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis.- Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends and best practices in fintech and NBFC products.Required Skills & Qualifications- 2–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Developer / Designer.- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS.- Hands-on experience with React.js, Vue.js, or Angular (any one is fine).- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.- Experience in responsive and mobile-first design.- Understanding of user research, wireframing, and prototyping.- Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles for fintech/financial applications.- Ability to balance aesthetic design with functional usability.Good to Have (Optional Skills)- Knowledge of Flutter/React Native UI development.- Experience with design systems and component libraries.- Exposure to motion graphics/animations.- Prior work experience in NBFC, fintech, banking, or payment apps.Perks & Benefits- Competitive salary.- Work on high-impact fintech products in an NSE Listed NBFC.- Opportunity to shape digital user journeys in financial services.- Collaborative work culture with scope for innovation.
