We're on the hunt for a passionate and skilled Data Scientists to join a world-class team of innovators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand business objectives and frame them as data science problems, with a focus on forecasting.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and reproducible modeling workflows.
  • Explore datasets, extract insights, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and senior data scientists .
  • Build predictive models and analytic systems, and test their performance in real-world scenarios.
  • Analyze experimental results, refine models, and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Stay updated with emerging ML/AI techniques and apply them to business problems.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in data analytics model development and deployment.
  • Proven expertise in forecasting and predictive analytics .
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms for business applications.
  • Strong knowledge of data management and visualization techniques .
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Hadoop .
  • Experience managing teams of at least 2–3 members .
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to integrate analytics seamlessly with business processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/BE) in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics , or related field.
