Creative Designer – Digital + AI-Powered Design

Location: Coimbatore / Bangalore (flexible)

Experience: 3–6 years | Full-Time

About the Role

We're seeking a Creative Designer who can craft high-impact designs for digital campaigns across SaaS and B2C brands. From static creatives and motion graphics to landing pages and marketing collaterals, you'll design assets that not only look stunning but also drive measurable results.

This role blends storytelling, design expertise, and performance marketing know-how, with a strong focus on AI-powered tools to scale creativity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design static creatives for ads, social media, email, and web.
  • Produce engaging video creatives & motion graphics optimized for Meta, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, etc.
  • Conceptualize and design high-converting landing pages in collaboration with developers and marketers.
  • Ensure brand consistency while experimenting with new creative approaches.
  • Work closely with copywriters & marketers to translate briefs into compelling visuals.
  • Use AI tools for faster iterations, creative variations, and video editing.
  • Adapt creatives for A/B testing and CRO-focused campaigns.
Requirements
  • 3–6 years of professional design experience in digital marketing/growth-driven environments.
  • Strong portfolio with digital ads, landing pages, video/motion design, and branding.
  • Proficiency in Figma + Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with web/landing page platforms (Webflow, Unbounce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Skilled in AI design/video tools (MidJourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of conversion-focused design & mobile-first layouts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills
  • Exposure to both SaaS and B2C brands.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX best practices.
  • Passion for experimenting with emerging AI creative tools.
