Major Duties & Responsibilities Process responsibilities: * Ensure efficiency, effectiveness and consistent processes to deliver submissions to stakeholders * Apply a thorough understanding of the FP&A and reporting structure * Provide specific guidance and support on complex business issues and financial system issues so that overall control is maintained * Key point of contact for Johnson & Johnson local markets and stakeholder in relation to the FP&A and reporting obligations * Taking part in projects to participate in establishing new processes for simplification, standardization, and automation within an international environment. * Coordinating the data & information flows between the Johnson & Johnson local teams, Global services accounting teams and IT support teams * Support for Projects related to SigniFI Compliance Statement: * Keeping businesses compliant with various local, state, and federal tax regulations * Meet all corporate and regional deadlines Qualifications * A minimum of a Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting, finance, or related business discipline. * ACA, ICWA, CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications is highly preferred. * 4 - 8 years of professional experience will be preferred Languages: * English Experience Required: * Previous experience in Financial Planning and Analysis is added advantage Skills & Competencies: * Phenomenal analytical skills * Strong FP&A and process background * Strong verbal and written communication skills and time management * Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required. * Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment * Within the J&J Leadership skills definition following skills and competencies should be shown in this role: Results & Performance Driven: * Takes personal responsibility for delivering results * Eagerly accepts stretch goals Sense of Urgency: * Quickly assimilates and digests information * Demonstrates a clear bias for action on priorities Intellectual Curiosity: * Works to keep updated on the industry trends * Seeks opportunities to learn and grow professionally Collaboration & Teaming: * Builds strong, productive relationships * Develops business and personal relationships with people from other areas of the organisation Self Awareness & Adaptability: * Actively seeks feedback * Appreciates and uses constructive feedback * Listens optimally and remains open to other’s ideas * Contributes to teamwork across the organisation Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of general finance/FP&A processes.Strong influencer, independent thinking and strong planning/prioritization are critical to success.Passion for people development and talent management is critical.Experienced professional with strong communication skills who are able to interact with senior management is required.Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
