Roles & Responsibilities:

The role involves managing Recruitment (attracting, sourcing, hiring), Pre-Onboarding (preparing for a smooth start), Connect/Engagement (fostering connection and intrinsic motivation), Recognition (acknowledging contributions), Employee Relations (managing conflict and policy adherence), and HR Metrics (using data to measure HR effectiveness). Key duties involve managing the entire employee lifecycle, driving a positive culture, resolving issues, and using data to inform HR strategy for improved productivity and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment:

o Supporting recruitment by coordinating hiring activities, scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and maintaining candidate databases

o Ensure recruitments are completed in tandem with business stakeholders within agreed timelines for each position

  • Pre-Onboarding Connects:

o Welcoming newly hired employees and executing the engagement plan throughout the onboarding journey; managing the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a great experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles.

o Auditing data and setting up employee profiles in internal HR systems; assisting with the coordination, preparation, and distribution of employee documentation.

o Serving as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and newly hired employees.

o Identifying innovative and creative new ways to onboard new employees/reach a more scalable and measurable onboarding experience.

  • Engagement & Recognition:

o Recognize and celebrate employee achievements and milestones through various recognition programs.

o Develop and coordinate wellness initiatives, programs, and activities to support employees' physical and mental health, including stress management and work-life balance.

  • Employee Relations:

o Address queries and grievances and make sure loop is closed with stakeholders satisfactorily.

o Ensure PIP process is well understood and completed on time with full documentation

o Deal effectively with all cases of employee indiscipline taking a balanced view that is fair to both sides

o Provide effective support to Legal function with detailed and comprehensive case histories where organizational action is needed

  • HR Metrics:

Assisting to maintain accurate databases and analytics for each BU monitoring structure fill rate, aging of vacancies, source mix and cost per hire

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400, ₹700,000.00 per year
