Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle eBS Financials Consultant to join our team for an onsite engagement in Qatar. The primary focus will be on requirement gathering, documentation, system configuration across Oracle Financial modules. Candidates with experience in global and Middle East projects, particularly with a strong accounting background, are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Finance implementations and support projects.
Work on end-to-end Oracle EBS Finance implementation.
Configure and support Oracle Financial modules including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets (FA)
Cash Management
(Preferably) Project Costing and Property Manager
Collaborate directly with business users/clients to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Work closely with offshore and onsite teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, presentations, and functional specifications.
Contribute to testing, training, and post-implementation support activities
Required Skills & Experience:
Oracle ERP EBS R12 Finance experience – less than 5 years, with at least one full-cycle implementation.
Fluency in Arabic is required to support regional client interactions.
Strong understanding of Oracle Financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to Oracle localizations (e.g., GCC VAT).
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Must be proficient in both Arabic and English to effectively communicate with regional and global stakeholders.
Lebanese or Jordan citizens will be preferred
Familiarity with Lebanese or Jordanian markets is preferred, and candidates with proficiency in Arabic and English.
