Customer Service Representative (Outbound Calling) – HVAC Process | Work From HomeLocation: Mohali (Remote – Work From Home)Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST)Working Days: 6 Days (Including Saturdays)Compensation: ₹20,000/month (Fixed) + ₹500 per successful appointment(Fixed pay structure – non-negotiable)About the RoleWe’re hiring enthusiastic and customer-driven professionals for our HVAC Call Center Process. This work-from-home role involves outbound calling , appointment scheduling , and promoting membership plans for US-based customers. If you have great communication skills and enjoy helping customers while working independently, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls for scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.Promote membership plans and special offers in a professional manner.Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and record accurate feedback.Maintain and update customer data, call outcomes, and appointment details in CRM tools.Follow scripts, adhere to process standards, and maintain high-quality interactions.Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, appointments, and enrollments.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Graduate or above.Experience: 1–2 years in outbound calling, customer service, or telesales preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.Communication: Excellent spoken English and clear, confident phone etiquette.Tech Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.Work Setup: Must have a personal laptop, noise-cancelling headphones, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a quiet workspace suitable for client and team meetings.Additional InformationFull-time work-from-home opportunity.Availability required during US hours (night shift).No paid leaves during WFH employment (except Sunday/official holidays).Candidates must ensure a stable internet connection and professional work setup.Interested?Submit the below form as soon as possible.Read the form carefully and share your audio recording and other details properly.
