Job Title: Interior Designer Luxury & Hospitality Projects

Location: New Delhi, India

Experience Required: 5–6 Years

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 5–6 years of experience in luxury residential and high-end hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR and will have a deep understanding of design trends, space planning, materials, and project execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of interior projects across luxury residential, boutique hotels, fine dining, and premium hospitality spaces.
  • Develop detailed design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and spatial layouts in line with client requirements and brand identity.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, vendors, and contractors to ensure design intent is realized.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, technical drawings, BOQs, and 3D visualizations.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and site coordination to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Keep up with the latest trends, technologies, and materials in luxury interiors and hospitality design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design / Architecture from a reputed institute.
  • 5–6 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio in luxury and hospitality.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and MS Office.
  • Excellent knowledge of FF&E, lighting design, material sourcing, and luxury finishes.
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting and timelines.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with renowned luxury brands or hospitality chains.
  • Strong vendor and supplier network within the Delhi NCR region.
  • On-site execution experience and familiarity with local compliance and building codes.
